Phillies announce 2014 schedule

The Phils open the season away in Arlington beginning on March 31st, playing three interleague games against the Texas Rangers. They follow up with three games versus the Chicago Cubs.

The home opener takes place at 3:05 p.m. on Monday, April 7th when the Milwaukee Brewers come to town.

April also sees the Fightins playing home against the Miami Marlins, Atlanta Braves, and New York Mets; while the Colorado Rockies, Los Angeles Dodgers, and Arizona Diamondbacks host the Phils.

May starts with the Washington Nationals and Toronto Blue Jays in Philly followed by the Phillies going to Toronto and New York.

A long homestand - minus a trip to Miami - keeps the Phillies home for the rest of May as they meet the Angels, Reds, Dodgers, Rockies, and Mets.

June sees the Phillies hosting the Mets on the 1st, then travelling to Washington and Cincinnati. The month includes home games against the Padres, Cubs, Marlins, and Braves. The remaining away games feature the Braves and Cardinals.

In July, the Phils are away in Miami, Pittsburgh, and Milwaukee before returning to CBP to meet the Nationals prior to the All-Star Game. Post break, the Phillies are away in Atlanta then see a homestand starring the Giants and D-backs. July ends away versus the Mets.

August makes history as the Seattle Mariners visit Citizens Bank Park for the very first time. The games take place August 18th to 20th. Also in the month, the Houston Astros, New York Mets, St. Louis Cardinals, and Washington Nationals visit Philadelphia. The Phillies visit Washington, Anaheim, San Francisco, and New York.

The regular season ends with the Phillies beginning the month in Atlanta then Washington. Next, the Pirates and Marlins come to Philly. Padres, Athletics, and Marlins host the Phils. The season ends with three home games against the Braves.
