Police say the shooting happened in the 1500 block of North Hollywood Street just after 11:00 p.m.
Police arrived to the victim lying in the street with multiple gunshot wounds to the face and chest.
He was rushed to Hahnemann Hospital where he is listed in critical but stable condition.
The suspects are described as two black males between 5'6" and 5'8"; one of them has a thin build with a dark complexion and mustache.
Anyone with information is asked to call Philadelphia Police.
