Now police say they finally caught two of the people responsible.
They arrested Francis Fitzpatrick and Nicholas Spang for the crimes. Both suspects are 19-years-old, and both are from Downingtown.
Police say the pair hit houses all across the county. Officers in Caln Township finally caught them.
Investigators say there are more people involved in the thefts.
