Recycle your old Christmas tree with 'Treecycle Days'

PHILADELPHIA - January 4, 2013

The City of Philadelphia will not be curbside picking up old Christmas trees so 20 civic and non-profit organizations across the region have banded together.

The groups involved in 'Treecycling Days' want to turn the trees into mulch, which can be reused in parks and gardens.

If you want to donate, remove all the decorations on your tree and bring it to one of the following drop-off locations.

Organizers are also accepting donations to help defray the costs.
