The shooting happened around 1:00 a.m. Sunday along the 2900 block of West 3rd Street.
Police say the two males were struck multiple times.
The victims were taken by ambulance to Crozer-Chester Medical Center.
One victim was later pronounced dead, the other remains in critical condition.
There is no word on what sparked the shooting and no arrests have been made.
