Driver ejected in New Jersey Turnpike crash

Authorities say a driver was ejected from a vehicle in a crash on the New Jersey Turnpike.

It happened around 9:15 Monday night in the northbound lanes approaching the Mt. Laurel interchange #4.

Police say the driver lost control of their vehicle. The impact of the crash sent the victim through the windshield.

The driver suffered a broken leg. No one else was injured.

State police are investigating what sparked the crash.
