The discounted rate will begin at 5 p.m. Wednesday and will last until the end of the current snow emergency, the PPA said.

AutoPark at JFK (16th and JFK)
AutoPark at Independence Mall (5th and Market Streets)
AutoPark at Jefferson (10th & Ludlow Streets)
AutoPark at the Gallery (10th and Filbert Streets)
Auto Park at Old City (2nd and Sansom Streets)
8th and Filbert Streets Garage
To receive the discounted $5 rate, customer must bring their ticket and pay at the PPA Management Office in each garage.
When the snow emergency begins, the PPA will enforce all snow emergency and safety violations.
The PPA added that meter and time limit violations will not be enforced until the snow emergency is lifted.
