The Times-Herald said Thursday that 53-year-old Gregory Noonan of Towamencin Township pleaded not guilty in Montgomery County Court to multiple drug-related counts and will be scheduled for trial.
County prosecutors allege Noonan sold an undercover Philadelphia police officer 179 oxycodone pills, with the agreement he'd be paid $15 per pill, while the pair met Nov. 23 inside Noonan's Jaguar near the county courthouse.
Investigators claim Noonan called the officer again on Dec. 19 and set up another meeting in Norristown, where the officer allegedly gave Noonan $3,250 for 180 oxycodone pills.
Court records say Noonan remains incarcerated in lieu of $99,000 cash bail.
