Medics were called to the unit block of Kimberwick Circle in West Brandywine Township at 5:00 a.m.
The victim, Norman Grab, was reported missing by his family overnight.
Authorities say Grab had taken several medications and had possibly been drinking before leaving his home.
After several hours of searching, Grab was found in a neighbors yard, partially dressed and not very responsive. He was flown to Lehigh Valley Hospital for treatment.
West Brandywine Police would like to thank all agencies who particpated in the search.
