It turns out a man arrested in Madison, Wisconsin recently is being connected to the attacks.
His name is Robert Palen, and police say DNA linked Palen to one of the rapes.
Investigators also believe he's responsible for one other rape and an attack on a woman.
Authorities released a sketch of the suspect following that August 2011 attack.
The victim told police she had accepted a ride from a man who then drove her to the 8100 block of Cresco Avenue and attacked her.
Palen is being held in Madison on sex assault charges. It is not clear if he will be extradited to Pennsylvania to face charges.
