Firefighters were called out shortly after midnight after residents reported a fire in the attic of one of the buildings.
Crews were forced to cut several holes in the roof of the two story apartment building to access the fire.
Firefighters brought the fire under control about an hour later.
So far there is no word yet on what sparked the fire.
No injuries have been reported.
