The crash happened just before 1:00 a.m. in the 800 block of Commerce Street East.
Police say 41-year-old Felice Arana was crossing the street when she was hit.
The driver stopped nearby, investigators said.
State police say any potential charges against the driver are still pending due to the ongoing investigation.
