3 injured in 2-vehicle crash in New Castle, Del.

NEW CASTLE, Del. - April 5, 2014

The crash happened around 11:00 p.m. at the intersection of Old Forge and Appleby Roads.

According to police, the impact of the crash forced one of the vehicles to jump the curb.

The car then slid across a lawn and hit a house.

Three people were taken to Christiana Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

No one inside the home was hurt, police say.

The accident is under investigation.
