Crews were called just before 2:00 a.m. to the Princeton Community Church.
Firefighters arrived to flames showing inside a storage building in the rear of the church.
The flames also spread onto the roof of the non-denominational church, officials say.
The rest of the church was spared.
The fire reached 2-alarms before firefighters got it under control.
There were no reports of injuries or what sparked the blaze.
Church leaders say services will be held on Sunday at 10:00 a.m. outside on the lawn.
Members are asked to bring blankets and lawn chairs.
The fire remains under investigation.
