Caught on camera: Man sought in armed robbery at N.J. gas station

EWING TWP., N.J. (WPVI) -- A man is wanted in connection with an armed robbery at a gas station that was caught on camera in Ewing Township, New Jersey.

It happened around 5:02 a.m. April 19 at an Exxon gas station located on the 1500 block of Pennington Road.

A 24-year-old gas attendant told police the man approached him, pointed a handgun and demanded money.

Surveillance video shows the suspect fleeing the scene on foot after allegedly receiving an unknown amount of cash.

The suspect is described as a black male, around 6 feet tall, wearing a grey zip-up sweatshirt with white squares on the sleeves, black pants, white sneakers and a black mask.
