Art installations share untold story of Black residents in Philadelphia's 7th Ward

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- If you've walked through Society Hill or Philadelphia's Midtown neighborhood you may have noticed several art installations.

They include photos from the city archives that show who used to live in the city's former 7th Ward in the 19th and 20th centuries.
