Body found in Schuylkill River near South Street

Police are investigating after a body was found in the Schuylkill River.

The discovery was made near South Street in Philadelphia just before noon on Friday.

The view from Chopper 6 HD showed police making the recovery.

There was no immediate word on the person's identity or how the person died.
