VIDEO: Bullied Montco boy gets support from Eagles
After his inspirational Instagram message went viral, a 10-year-old Montgomery County boy who was bullied at school, spent the day with the Eagles.

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- What a day for a 10-year-old kid - hanging out with Tim Tebow and the Eagles.

It's a day Hatfield, Montgomery County native Dominic Zaffino will never forget.

However there have been a lot days in his life that he wishes he could forget.

The 5th grader at A.M. Kulp Elementary has been getting bullied in school.

"At school lately kids have been calling me short and it really started hurting my feelings," said Dominic.

Instead of fighting back, Dominic went to his Instagram page and revealed that the reason he's shorter than his classmates is because chemotherapy stunted his growth.

Dominic was diagnosed with leukemia at just 3 years old and had to undergo treatment for nearly a third of his life.

"He had a bad day at school that day. Dominic hardly cries. He went through three and a half years of chemo and didn't cry. He started bawling his eyes out that night and he showed me what he posted and I started crying," said Gemma Zaffino.

The message went viral and inspired Eagles defensive end Brandon Bair to invite Dominic to the team's practice facility to lift his spirits.

Dominic, who is now in remission, also learned a few drills.

"I'm 6'6" tall and I'm looking up to a 10-year-old kid right now - I think that's awesome," said Bair.

"It was so fun. I got to see them all practice, I got signatures and everything. It was really cool," said Dominic.

The coolest part, aside from the autographs and his personalized No. 93 jersey, meeting one of his favorite players - Pro-Bowl running back Darren Sproles, who also grew up being told he was too short.

"For someone to bully him like that - that's not right," said Sproles.

"Kids and people like him are what inspire all of us," said Bair.

It was truly a great day for a big Eagles fan.
