CAMDEN, N.J. (WPVI) -- A man has been charged in a hit-and-run over the weekend in Camden that left a pedestrian dead.
Jose Sosa, 61, of Camden, was charged on Wednesday night for the crash on Saturday night.
Investigators say it was around 9:20 p.m. when Sosa, driving a white 1991 Ford Econoline van, hit 39-year-old Alfredo Siguenza-Trejo.
Siguenza-Trejo died from his injuries on Tuesday.
Sosa was arrested after a Camden County police officer spotted a van matching the description of a vehicle spotted at the scene.
Sosa has been charged with Leaving the Scene of a Fatal Collision, Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Suspended License and Leaving an Endangered Victim. He was held at the Camden County Jail on $85,000 bail.
