Car crashes, catches fire in Falls Twp.

FALLS TWP., Pa. (WPVI) -- A car crashed and caught fire on Tuesday afternoon in Falls Township, Bucks County.

The crash happened around 1 p.m. along Route 1 northbound, just north of the Route 13 interchange.

Police say the car struck the guardrail and burst into flames.

It is not yet known how many people were in the car or what their conditions may be.

However, at least one person suffered burns to the face.

Route 1 NB was closed in the area for the cleanup and investigation.
