Suspects sought for flipping car in Center City

CENTER CITY (WPVI) -- Police are trying to figure out why a car was flipped on its side in Center City Philadelphia.

The incident happened around 3:00 a.m. Monday at the intersection of 4th and Lombard Street.

Witnesses say several people flipped the car and then ran away.

There were no reports of any injures.

The incident remains under investigation.
