Car overturns, crashes into pole in New Castle

NEW CASTLE, Del. (WPVI) -- Delaware State Police are investigating a crash involving an overturned vehicle in New Castle.

It happened around 1:45 p.m. Wednesday on Route 9 and May Avenue.

One person was injured after the vehicle struck a pole and knocked down wires on the road.

So far, there is no word on the victim's condition.
