CONCORDVILLE, Pa. -- Officials say nearly one hundred people were evacuated from a Concordville, Pennsylvania hotel after a carbon monoxide leak early Tuesday morning.

The guests were briefly placed across the property in a ballroom area of the the Best Western on the 700 block of Baltimore Pike around midnight.

Crews focused in the lower level in the basement area.

It is unclear what caused the CO leak, but this typically happens with malfunctioning heating systems.
