We first introduced you to local app designed by Brian Mueller last year.
The Blue Bell native designed Carrot Fit to motivate people to work out, using punishing humor and some tough love as motivation to keep you in shape.
Mueller has now developed a new app and he's getting you to watch what you eat in the same, sadistic kind of way.
Carrot Hunger, calculates and critiques what you "stuff in your pie hole".
"Where did all of the food go? That's right you ate it!" says the app.
Some have criticized his suite of apps, calling them fat shaming and flat out mean.
"I think its more the sense of humor than the feeling of negativity. Carrot isn't always negative, it's only if you are doing bad," says Mueller.
Users get a warning that their calorie goal is fast approaching.
The more you eat, the bigger your avatar gets.
But Mueller says Carrot is also your best cheerleader when you meet your goals.
"When you are doing well, the app will say something like, You could be a part time model," says Mueller.
You can even put a sensor inside your fridge to keep you from going off course.
Mueller says some users have lost up to 100 pounds by using Carrot as their coach.
What Carrot tries to do is make it humorous and eating healthy into a positive thing.
"People have such a connection with the character that they are motivated to do better the next day," he says.
Mueller says Carrot's sarcastic sense of humor was inspired by the women in his life, including his mom, wife and sister.
He says at the end of the day it feels good to know that his apps help people.
