NJ man accused of sexually assaulting 4-year-old

POINT PLEASANT, N.J. -- A man from Jersey City was arrested in Ocean County on charges that he sexually assaulted a 4-year-old boy.

66-year-old Russell Cortese was arrested on Sunday as he was visiting Point Pleasant.

Investigators say the charges came about based on information from the child.

Bail was set at $150,000 with no 10% option.

He was ordered to have no contact with the victim.
