"National Go Skate Day."

FAIRMOUNT (WPVI) -- Friday was "National Go Skate Day."

To celebrate, Red Bull invited skaters from all over Philadelphia for an afternoon of skateboarding in Fairmount.

Amateur skaters had the chance to learn from professionals at Paine's Park.

The event was free and open to anyone who loves skateboarding.
