1 dead, another hurt in crash on Schuylkill Expressway: Officials

UPPER MERION, Pennsylvania (WPVI) -- One person is dead and another was injured in a crash on the Schuylkill Expressway.

The accident happened Saturday around 5 a.m. in the eastbound lanes of the highway in Upper Merion Township.

Officials say a van and car collided, forcing both vehicles to flip over.

The crash remains under investigation.

No word on the second victims condition.
