Coast Guard rescues 3 boaters in Delaware

LEWES, Del. (WPVI) -- A Coast Guard boat crew near Lewes, Delaware rescued three people who were about 30-yards offshore Friday night.

The Coast Guard spotted the 21-foot catamaran just after 7:30 p.m.

The three people in the water were all wearing life jackets.

Officials say the adults were brought ashore to the Cape May-Lewes ferry terminal.

There were no injuries reported.
