2 injured in Wilmington ambulance accident

WILMINGTON, Del. (WPVI) -- Two people were injured after a crash involving an ambulance in Wilmington, Delaware.

The crash happened shortly after 4 p.m. Thursday at 2nd and Clayton streets.

A patient and three crew members were inside at the time.

The ambulance driver and the patient were taken to a local hospital.

There was no immediate word on their injuries.
