Police investigate double shooting in South Philadelphia

SOUTH PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Authorities are investigating a double shooting in South Philadelphia.

The incident happened around 11:30 p.m. Monday on the 2600 block of Jackson Street.

Police arrived to find a woman in her 20s with a gunshot wound to the shoulder.

She was taken to an area hospital with stable vital signs.

Police say while they were at the hospital, a second victim arrived.

The man told them he had been shot in the same location.

He was also receiving treatment.

So far, there have been no arrests or word on a motive.
