Fire damages homes in Wilmington, Delaware

WILMINGTON, Del. (WPVI) -- Eight people are out of their homes after fire damaged two houses in Wilmington.

Firefighters were called to the 600 block of North Franklin Street at 5 a.m. Sunday.

When they arrived they found flames coming from two units.

No one was hurt.

Two adults and six children have been forced to find shelter elsewhere.

Fire officials are working to determine what sparked the blaze.
