SOUTHAMPTON TWP., N.J. (WPVI) -- Fire destroyed a Burlington County home shortly after power was restored in the area.

The fire started at 2:30 a.m. on Thursday on the 100 block of Friendship Rd. in Southampton Twp., N.J.

Flames spread quickly from the home to the garage, and images from the Action Cam show not much was left standing once the fire was put out.

Firefighters had to use tankers to get water to the scene.

They also used foam to get the flames under control.

The homeowner was staying with a neighbor at the time of the fire.

There were no injuries.

The state fire marshal is now investigating since the fire began shortly after power was restored to the home.
