Flames burn through roof at South Jersey strip mall

WASHINGTON TWP., N.J. (WPVI) -- Firefighters responded to a building fire at the New Market Place shopping center in Washington Township early Wednesday morning.

The fire broke out around 5:30 a.m. on the 200 block of Egg Harbor Road.

There are no reports of injuries.

Officials said to expect some traffic detours in the area.
