VIDEO: Suspects sought in convenience store robberies in NJ
Police are investigating three similar convenience store armed robberies in Gloucester County, New Jersey.

GLOUCESTER CO., N.J. (WPVI) -- Police are investigating three similar convenience store armed robberies in Gloucester County, New Jersey.

All three robberies occurred in the same area during the month of December 2015.

Police say the robberies involved suspects wearing a mask and various clothing, and the weapon displayed was a large kitchen type knife.

The first armed robbery was committed at the 7-Eleven store on Church Street in Blackwood.

That suspect is described as a thin black male, approximately 20-years-old. He was wearing a plaid "Jeff Cap", a long black coat with an exposed zipper, dark pants, black and white sneakers, and a blue latex glove on his right hand.

Police say he entered the store and asked for cigarettes. A minute later he produced a large knife from his left pocket and demanded money.

As the suspect attempted to exit the store, a long blue bag with a black carry strap fell from underneath his coat to the floor. The suspect retrieved the bag and fled the area.

The second armed robbery was committed at the same 7-Eleven store. The three suspects all wearing masks entered the store and demanded money from the clerk while displaying a large knife.

-Suspect #1 was wearing an American Eagle/ AE dark hooded sweatshirt, dark pants, white sneakers, and displays a large knife to the clerk at the back of the store.

-Suspect #2 who appears to be very tall was wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt, jeans with bleach stains, dark shoes, and was on a cellular phone during the robbery.

-Suspect #3 was wearing a hooded sweatshirt with WILDWOOD in large letters in the front, gray striped pants, and white sneakers. He crawls by the counter and then proceeds behind it to remove the cash from the register.

All three suspects fled on foot across from the store towards Theresa Place.

The third armed robbery was committed at the Nik Nak Store on Woodbury Turnersville Road in Washington Township, New Jersey.

The two suspects, both wearing masks entered the store and demanded money from the clerk while displaying a large knife.

-Suspect #1 was medium build, wearing a black hood, dark gray jacket, light gray sweatpants, and black and white sneakers. This suspect displays the large knife to the store clerk.

-Suspect #2 was stocky build, wearing a black hooded sweat shirt with florescent green design on the front and a florescent green mo-hawk design attached to the hood, a mask with a skeleton face design, light gray sweatpants, and dark shoes.
