HAVERTOWN, Pa. (WPVI) -- We know that the community that helps build us up is often our "rock."

And there's a special movement happening right now all around the Delaware Valley using just that: rocks to spread love and joy.

Simple stones, a few paintbrushes, a lot of creativity, and even more smiles.
