PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Attorneys have finished their closing arguments in the federal fraud trial of Chaka Fattah Jr.
The judge was giving instructions to the jury before it could begin deliberations.
Prosecutors allege Fattah Jr. used business loans for personal expenses and made false statements to the IRS.
He acted as his own attorney and denied any wrongdoing.
His father, Democratic Congressman Chaka Fattah Sr. is also facing a federal corruption indictment for unrelated charges.
