Gunman opens fire on Torresdale Avenue, 1 wounded

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A gunman opened fire on a street in the Frankford section of Philadelphia.
It happened late Thursday night on the 5100 block of Torresdale Avenue.
Police say a man in his 30s was shot in the chest. He was taken to the hospital in serious condition.
No arrests have been made.
