28 year old Scott Coslett was playing basketball and lifting weights three times a week at Crozer-Keystone's Healthplex Sports Club when trouble struck.
So he walked across the hall to see Dr. David Webner. Webner is the Chief of Sports Medicine at Crozer-Keystone Health System and a team doctor for The Philadelphia Union.
He says injuries like Scott's are among the most common they see.
Dr. Webner says whether you're an athlete, a weekend warrior or a senior citizen. The best thing to do is listen to your body.
