McDonald's serving up fitness trackers in Happy Meals

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- McDonald's is making another move to try to change its image. The fast food chain is now promoting physical fitness for kids with new happy meal toys.

Kids can now get an activity tracker inside their Happy Meal.

Some count your steps, while others blink according to how fast you're moving.

The company says the move is part of its "Step It" campaign to get kids moving more.

Several years ago, McDonalds also cut the portion of French Fries in Happy Meals and started offering fruit or yogurt as well.
