A new study finds using sunscreen could lead to better blood vessel health.

Researchers from Penn State studied the relationship between ultraviolet radiation and the performance of blood vessels in the skin.

They found that wearing sunscreen preserves nitric oxide in your skin, which helps regulate blood flow and body temperature.
