Police search for Hockessin, Del. flasher

HOCKESSIN, Del. -- New Castle County Police are searching for a suspected flasher who's struck in the Hockessin area twice since Friday.

The man reportedly exposes himself to passing motorists in the area of Doe Run Road and Little Baltimore Road.

Witnesses say the man stepped out of a tree line area next to the road.

The suspect is described as a white male in his early 30's with brown hair, last seen wearing a white, blue and grey top and khaki pants.
