Firefighters battle house fire in Lower Moreland

LOWER MORELAND TWP., Pa. (WPVI) -- Firefighters battled a house fire Sunday in Lower Moreland Township, Montgomery County.

It happened on the 2000 block of Pine Road, which sits right on the border between the township and the Pine Valley section of Northeast Philadelphia.

Firefighters reported heavy fire showing on arrival.

Everyone made it out of the house safely.

No injuries were reported.

Officials say the fire appears to have started in a garage.
