Suspect sought in Hunting Park auto shop burglary

Philadelphia police are looking to identify a suspect who burglarized an auto shop in the city's Hunting Park section.

HUNTING PARK (WPVI) -- Philadelphia police are looking to identify a suspect who burglarized an auto shop in the city's Hunting Park section.

The burglary happened on March 7 at 3:40 a.m. on the 3400 block of North 6th Street.

The suspect was caught on surveillance breaking into Jackie's Auto Sales by climbing over a fence and kicking out a window air conditioning unit.

Once inside, the burglar forced open an office door and stole an unknown amount of cash before fleeing the scene in an unknown direction.

Police describe the suspect as a male of unknown face, 6'0" tall with a medium build. He was wearing a dark blue coat, jeans and black boots.
