Finding the perfect prom dress

SPRING GARDEN (WPVI) -- It was a night for high fashion at the Cozen PAL center in Philadelphia's Spring Garden section.

Young ladies from throughout the city spent the evening searching for a prom dress among these rows and rows of gently used outfits.

Once they picked out the perfect dress, they also could choose a pair of shoes and accessories, all free of charge.
