NEW YORK (WPVI) -- Will they serve hot dogs at the wedding?

Joey "Jaws" Chestnut took a timeout from the Coney Island hot dog competition on Friday to propose to a fellow competitive eater.

Chestnut got down on bended knee to make it official with longtime girlfriend Neslie Ricasa.

She said yes.

Then, Chestnut defended his title with a win at the contest by packing away 61 hot dogs and buns in 10 minutes on Friday.

He won last year with 69.

In the women's division, defending champion Sonya "Black Widow" Thomas lost her title to Miki Sudo.

Sudo, of Las Vegas, wolfed down 34 franks and buns. Thomas, of Alexandria, Virginia, was only able to devour 27 3/4.
