PAL flag football championship

HUNTING PARK (WPVI) -- Kids hit the football field in Hunting Park for not one, but two big games Wednesday.

The Police Athletic League of Philadelphia's outdoor flag football season came to an end at Vick Field.

Fairhill beat Wissinoming 40 to 20 for the championship.

The Cobbs Creek team came in third.

The program pairs hundreds of kids from across the city with mentors from the police department.
