Cameras capture Center City deli burglary in progress

CENTER CITY (WPVI) -- Philadelphia police are asking for your help in finding the man who they say burglarized a deli in Center City.

It was 6:14 a.m. Sunday when the suspect entered the Latimer Deli, located at 255 South 15th Street.

Police say he got in through a second floor window, then cut a hole through drywall leading into the deli.

Once inside the suspect removed the cash register and several packs of cigarettes before fleeing.

The suspect is described as a black male, 30-40 years of age, goatee, wearing a black t-shirt, and blue jeans.
