Man reported missing during 'Made in America' found safe

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Philadelphia police say the 19-year-old Oregon man who was reported missing during the Made in America Festival has been found safe.

Nelson Armstrong has been reunited with his family, police said on Tuesday morning.
