Man on bike shoots 2 men in North Philadelphia

NORTH PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A gunman on a bicycle opened fire in North Philadelphia, leaving one man dead and another fighting for his life.

Police found the victims lying along the 2900 block of Waterloo Street just after midnight Friday.

A 37-year-old man and a 21-year-old man were each shot two times.

The 37-year-old later died at the hospital.

The suspect is described as black male about 6'2" tall wearing a black hoodie and black pants. He fled on a yellow bicycle.

Detectives are questioning several witnesses and reviewing private surveillance in the area.
