Volunteers plant flags at Gloucester Co. cemetery

MONROE TWP., N.J. (WPVI) -- The long weekend carries a serious and somber tone as well.

Monday is Memorial Day, a day to remember those killed while fighting for our country.

On Friday, volunteers took a moment to honor fallen members of the Armed Forces at the Gloucester County Veterans Memorial Cemetery.

In an annual tradition, they placed small American flags at grave sites.
